- High automation: fully automated from pulp preparation and forming to drying, significantly reducing manual labor.
- Environmentally friendly & energy efficient: utilizes recycled paper and cardboard as raw materials, promoting resource recycling and aligning with green production principles.
- Superior product quality: produces egg trays with high toughness and excellent shock resistance, effectively protecting eggs during transportation.
- High flexibility: capable of producing egg trays in various specifications by adjusting molds to meet diverse customer requirements.

Machines packaging & shipping site
Following the completion of manufacturing and commissioning, we packaged the equipment strictly in accordance with export standards. Critical machine components were secured in reinforced wooden crates to ensure protection against moisture, shock, and damage during transit.
On the day of shipment, the factory bustled with activity as staff collaborated to safely load the equipment into containers. The entire loading process was documented with photos and videos, promptly shared with the client to provide full transparency regarding the equipment’s shipment status.

Customer expectations and future collaboration
The client expressed that the launch of this egg tray processing line will fundamentally transform their reliance on externally purchased trays. This initiative will not only reduce packaging costs but also generate additional revenue by supplying egg trays to local poultry farmers, thereby expanding their business scope.
