The quail egg tray machine uses recycled paper—such as old newspapers and cardboard boxes—as raw material to produce eco-friendly pulp-molded packaging products. Through processes including pulping, vacuum molding, drying, and hot pressing, waste paper is transformed into egg trays with cushioning and protective properties.
In actual production, the equipment pulps the waste paper with water at a ratio of approximately 1:10. A pulp adjustment system then stabilizes the concentration at 3%–5% to ensure uniform molding. The finished product has a moisture content of approximately 60%–70% and forms a stable structure after drying.
The line’s production capacity ranges from 1,000 to 7,000 pieces per hour, making it suitable for egg packaging plants of various sizes as well as export-oriented manufacturers. According to industry data, 1 metric ton of waste paper can produce approximately 12,000–15,000 egg trays, offering significant economic value and environmental benefits.

For high-quality products, a hot-press shaping process can also be added. Secondary shaping is performed at a high temperature of approximately 200°C and a pressure of 20 metric tons, resulting in a smoother surface and a denser structure.
