The whole line adopts a local clay brick kiln for drying. After commissioning, the egg tray machine runs smoothly to produce pulp egg trays.
Client background for the egg tray production line
The Tanzanian client runs a local poultry farm and packaging supply business. The market has strong demand for low-cost disposable egg packaging. The customer planned to build a pulp molding egg tray factory.
To cut operating costs, he chose to use local materials and build a clay brick kiln instead of an industrial metal drying line. After comparing multiple suppliers, he selected our egg tray processing plant for this project.
Equipment on-site installation and commissioning
Our technical engineers arrived at the customer’s factory to carry out on-site installation work. The team completed machine assembly, pipeline connection, and system debugging.
Unlike standard metal drying equipment, this project uses a homemade clay brick kiln for egg tray drying. Our technicians adjusted the production speed to match the drying performance of the brick kiln.
After full testing, the egg tray machine successfully produced finished pulp egg trays. The whole line achieved stable operation.
