Recently, our complete 2500-3000pcs/h paper egg tray production line finished full installation and a trial run at our client’s factory in Uganda. We recorded all installation steps with on-site photos and videos for reference.

Customer background and factory demand

The Ugandan customer runs a local poultry farm and packaging factory. Local egg farmers lack affordable disposable egg trays. Imported finished trays cost too much.

The client chose our pulp molding line to make eco-friendly egg trays from waste paper, cutting packaging costs and supplying nearby poultry markets.

Paper egg tray production line installation process

This paper egg tray production line was shipped months ago. Our technical engineer arrived on-site to carry out assembly work step by step. All machine units were aligned and connected according to the standard flow.

We captured clear installation photos and full operation videos during the whole process. After assembly, we ran trial production to test its stable output of 2500–3000 pieces per hour. The client was satisfied with the uniform tray shape and smooth running performance.

On-site installation visual materials

Rich visual materials are available for this project:

  1. Real photos: Machine unloading, frame assembly, pipeline connection, and trial production scenes.
  2. Full operation video: Shows the whole workflow from waste paper pulping to finished egg tray output.

These materials help new clients learn about real factory installation and production effects intuitively.

Stable production benefits for Uganda client

The paper egg tray production line uses waste cartons and newspaper as raw materials. It greatly lowers raw material expenses. Its 2500–3000pcs/h output matches the client’s daily sales volume perfectly.

Self-produced egg trays improve his product supply ability and raise profit margins in local egg packaging business.

After-installation technical support

Our engineer stayed on-site for operator training after installation. We offer long-term online technical guidance and spare parts supply.

We continue to track the line’s operational status to ensure uninterrupted egg tray production at the Ugandan factory.
