This case shares our completed egg tray production line project in Tanzania. Our professional engineers travelled to the customer’s site to guide equipment installation. The whole line adopts a local clay brick kiln for drying. After commissioning, the egg tray machine runs smoothly to produce pulp egg trays.<\/p>

Client background for the egg tray production line<\/h2>

The Tanzanian client runs a local poultry farm and packaging supply business. The market has strong demand for low-cost disposable egg packaging. The customer planned to build a pulp molding egg tray factory. <\/p>

To cut operating costs, he chose to use local materials and build a clay brick kiln instead of an industrial metal drying line. After comparing multiple suppliers, he selected our egg tray processing plant for this project.<\/p>
