Recently, our complete 2500-3000pcs\/h paper egg tray production line finished full installation and a trial run at our client’s factory in Uganda. We recorded all installation steps with on-site photos and videos for reference.<\/p>

Customer background and factory demand<\/h2>

The Ugandan customer runs a local poultry farm and packaging factory. Local egg farmers lack affordable disposable egg trays. Imported finished trays cost too much.<\/p>

The client chose our pulp molding line to make eco-friendly egg trays from waste paper, cutting packaging costs and supplying nearby poultry markets.<\/p>
