4×4 Pulp Egg Tray Molding Line with Coal Brick Dryer Put Into Operation in Tanzania
This Tanzanian client is a local poultry farm owner with a large-scale chicken breeding business. Faced with a continuous shortage of affordable egg packaging trays in the regional market, he decided to launch his own egg tray manufacturing business.
In October 2025, he placed an order for our complete 4×4 pulp egg tray molding line matched with a coal-fired brick drying kiln, which fits local cheap coal fuel and a low investment budget perfectly.
Full features of pulp egg tray molding line with brick dryer
This 4×4 pulp egg tray molding line with coal brick dryer is the core equipment of the customer’s new factory:
- The 4×4 egg tray forming host realizes stable mass production of standard paper egg trays from waste paper pulp.
- Supporting coal-heating brick dryer uses local coal as fuel, greatly cutting daily running costs compared with electric drying equipment.
The whole set adopts mature pulp molding technology, simple structure, and easy operation suitable for African factory conditions.

On-site installation, commissioning & training process
Our professional engineer traveled to Tanzania to carry out full-site service in June 2026:
- Complete assembly and construction of the brick drying kiln.
- Full machine wiring, pipeline connection and repeated trial production debugging.
- Face-to-face operation, maintenance, and fault-handling training for local workers.
After a series of tests, the entire paper egg tray processing line achieved stable continuous production without technical failures.

Customer feedback and operation result
The customer is extremely satisfied with both equipment performance and our on-site technical service. The finished egg trays produced by the line have uniform hardness and neat shape, which can fully meet the packaging demands of his poultry farm and local egg dealers. The coal brick dryer keeps low daily fuel cost and brings stable profit space for the factory.
